Labels

Reprints and retries are always free. Unused label fees are credited where carrier rules allow voiding.

Subscriptions

New accounts start with a free 14-day Pro trial and no card. Paid plans are monthly; cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing and your plan stays active until the end of the month already paid, with no further charges. Paid months are not refunded except where the law requires it — if something went wrong, write to us and we'll look at it.

Your buyers

Buyer-facing returns remain between you and your customer under your store’s policy — Sendora prepares return labels where carriers support them.
