Is Sendora live?

The product demo is live with sample data. Store, carrier and customs integrations are rolling out in phases as marketplace and provider approvals complete.

Which stores will connect first?

Etsy and Shopify, then Amazon (FBM). eBay, Rakuten and BASE are on the roadmap.

How does U.S. shipping work now?

Every U.S.-bound commercial parcel owes duties since the de minimis exemption ended. Sendora prepares duties-prepaid (DDP) shipments with advance electronic data and a Declaration ID through a Zonos verified account with Japan Post.

Do you ever buy postage without asking?

Only in Full Autopilot, which you must explicitly enable, under spending caps you set. Review mode — you press print — is the default.

What does it cost?

Free ¥0/month (1 store, 20 labels a month) · Starter ¥1,980/month (3 stores, 300 labels) · Pro ¥4,980/month (10 stores, unlimited labels, the AI customs assistant and live tracking). Prices include consumption tax. Postage, duties and clearance fees are paid through your own carrier and Zonos accounts and are never marked up.

How does the free trial work?

Pro comes with one 14-day free trial. You add a card when you start it, but you pay ¥0 that day. Stripe emails you a reminder 7 days before the trial ends, and the first charge happens on day 15 — unless you cancel before then in Settings → Plan & billing, in which case you pay nothing and move to the Free plan with your stores and settings kept. There is one trial per seller: a card or store that already had a trial doesn't get another one on a new account.

How do I pay, change plan or cancel?

Pick a plan on the pricing page and you go straight to Stripe's secure checkout; your Sendora account is created right after with Google sign-in. Inside the console, the plan button at the top and Settings → Plan & billing let you upgrade, downgrade, switch to yearly or cancel. Sellers who installed Sendora from the Shopify App Store can also be billed through Shopify. Payment runs on Stripe's secure checkout (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay); Sendora never sees your card number. Change plan, download receipts or cancel any time in Manage billing — a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
