Is Sendora live?

The product demo is live with sample data. Store, carrier and customs integrations are rolling out in phases as marketplace and provider approvals complete.

Which stores will connect first?

Etsy and Shopify, then Amazon (FBM). eBay, Rakuten and BASE are on the roadmap.

How does U.S. shipping work now?

Every U.S.-bound commercial parcel owes duties since the de minimis exemption ended. Sendora prepares duties-prepaid (DDP) shipments with advance electronic data and a Declaration ID through a Zonos verified account with Japan Post.

Do you ever buy postage without asking?

Only in Full Autopilot, which you must explicitly enable, under spending caps you set. Review mode — you press print — is the default.

What does it cost?

Proposed pilot pricing: Pay-as-you-go ¥0/mo + ¥45/label, Starter ¥590/mo + ¥12/label, Pro ¥1,980/mo + ¥5/label. Software fee only; postage and duties go through your own accounts. Final pricing is confirmed before launch.
