Disclaimers

Plain words about what Sendora does and does not promise.

No customs guarantee

Correct documents dramatically reduce holds, but customs authorities make final decisions. Sendora never invents values, and AI suggestions for HS codes and descriptions are only suggestions — you check and confirm every declaration before a label is bought.

Estimates

Any figure labeled “est.” is an estimate from provider data at quote time, not a quoted contract price.

Preview status

Sendora is in early access. Demo data is labeled as such, and plan prices and limits may change with 30 days’ notice.
